Three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for six adults. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. West King is an extension of historic downtown St. Augustine and less than a 5 minute walk to favorite local hot spots Buena Onda Cafe, Bog Brewing Co, Sweet Cupcakes, The West Egg, Sailbird Distilling, Maracuya by Llama & the famous Blue Hen Cafe. The neighborhood has preserved several of the characteristic cottages that were built in the 1920's. Our cottage is located on a street that receives little to no through traffic. The backyard has a generous amount of space and is a favorite of my husband and I. Considerations: External ring floodlight camera is located at the side entry of the cottage. The device lights and captures the entrance of the cottage and the parking area. There are no camera views inside the cottage. Trip insurance is strongly advised as we cannot predict or control mother nature. Also, unexpected life moments come up for all of us from time to time, and trip insurance helps protect your vacation investment. A 5% lodging tax will be added after reservation is confirmed. AirBnB doesn’t collect tax so we have to on the back end. A request for payment will be sent after booking.
